Online Housing Application

Two easy steps to register
Complete the following application to request housing accommodations for a disability related need. Complete applications are due by the housing deadlines for priority consideration. Applications are considered complete once your documentation has been uploaded. You are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are intended to support students who experience barriers in their housing environment. Please note that a diagnosis and documentation do not guarantee accommodations.

Reasonable accommodations are determined following an individualized assessment of each request. Among the factors considered in determining reasonable accommodations for students are:

  • The nature of the student’s disability
  • The functional limitations necessitating the requested accommodation(s)
  • Whether there is any alternate accommodation(s) that is equally effective in meeting the student’s identified needs
  • The appropriateness and essential nature of the requested accommodations.

Students will receive a decision via email and may appeal by responding with their request for additional review. A committee will determine the final outcome.

  • Accommodations cannot guarantee a specific roommate/suitemate
  • Accommodations are dependent on housing availability
